Bliss Fitness and Health is a well-rounded gym that is full of personality. We have been working closely with the owner, Mona, on marketing strategies to drive traffic to her hard-to-find (and beautiful) gym location. These projects include print marketing, wayfinding signage, social media shares, and more. Our goal was to create marketing designs that reflect Mona’s unique and inclusive approach to fitness.

WEBSITE DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT
Bliss Fitness wanted a website they could update that exuded the inclusivity of their classes. The resulting website showcases all of Bliss Fitness’ services and included MindBody Online integration so visitors can easily purchase and sign up for classes without leaving the site.
Like all our websites, the design is fully responsive and looks great on all modern devices.
SANDWICH BOARD DESIGNS
While Bliss Fitness has a beautiful studio, the location can be tricky to find. We created signs to help guide customers to the front door (through a lovely courtyard) and another sign placed around the corner to capitalize on the daily foot traffic.
POSTCARD DESIGN
Bliss Fitness is part of the North Oakland community and spreads the word by placing stacks of postcards in neighboring cafes and coffee shops. Our postcard designs showcased their intro offer and included a map to their challenging-to-find location.
To promote their massage services and the blissful combination of massage and fitness, we designed a massage and fitness marketing postcard featuring custom illustration.
DOOR HANGER DESIGN
As part of their launch plan, Bliss Fitness put door hangers on the houses in the surrounding neighborhoods. In the spirit of giving and inclusivity, they included a recipe for their delicious Bliss Bites on the back.
PRINT MARKETING – INTERIOR SIGNAGE & FLYERS
To keep the brand consistent inside and out, we designed branded signage and flyers for use in the studio.
BOOKMARK DESIGNS
Bliss Fitness has its own book club, and to promote the business we created these fun graphical bookmarks. We made sure to include all of the valuable business information for Bliss Fitness on the back of the card so not only can these bookmarks be used by the club, they can also be given away as free gifts. A fun and unique way to promote their business!
GIFT CARD DESIGN
We love it when we have the opportunity to bring brand details to every element of a business such as these custom designed gift cards, featuring the headline “A gift of Bliss to help you feel your best!”
MANTRA POSTER
Fitness (and progress) happens little-by-little. To convey this spirit within the studio, we designed a gorgeous mantra poster to inspire Bliss Fitness staff and clients alike.
SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING – CUSTOM GRAPHICS
Instagram and Facebook now make it easier than ever to keep your audience informed about day-to-day happenings and offer special promotions. We created social share graphics for Instagram to spread the word about guest teachers and events at Bliss Fitness. We also made some super fun graphics to catch the eyes of new and existing clients and connect them with the brand. We love our “Massage + Fitness go together like…” series and so did our client!
To ensure that Bliss Fitness staff could create social shares on the fly, we developed a series of Canva templates that the staff can use to create branded shares at the drop of a hat.
